Win first place using power-ups

Developed by Omnaya Studios, Toy Rider is a premium level-based racing title that blends speed and fun with the strategic usage of available powerups to gain a competitive edge against AI-controlled racers. The powerups are as wacky as they are helpful in turning the tide of matches.

For example, “Call JohnWick” lets you summon John Wick during a race, so you’re more likely to snag that coveted first place. From supercars and monster trucks to aircraft, Toy Rider features a wide range of vehicles for players to unlock and try out.

Race on unique levels

After the young boys leave their friend’s now-smoking red toy car on the dining table, the toy in question awakens and feels saddened by the children’s heartbreaking actions and words. A gray car approaches and consoles the red vehicle, telling it that they are high-speed racing legends. Two more vehicles chimed in the conversation and decided to prove the boys wrong.

Races mostly take place in various areas of the home, such as the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. However — to keep racing matches visually engaging — players will get to cruise on beach-inspired levels in the latter stages of the game. Despite having only four race course themes, each level boasts a unique track design to keep the gameplay as interesting as possible.

Furthermore, each vehicle has its unique speed, acceleration, weight, grip, and dumper stats, giving you an idea of your preferred automobile or aircraft’s performance and handling on the track. Not to mention, the vehicles also fall under different Car Types, including Antique, F1, Planes, Sweet, and many more. However, some players will be disappointed by the game’s clunky controls and lack of multiplayer mode.

No multiplayer mode

Overall, Toy Rider : All Star Racing stands as a fun racer title with diverse vehicle types and wacky powerups. With races taking across different tracks — from the kitchen to the beach — the levels are uniquely designed to ensure freshness and incentivize players to memorize the layout. However, take note that all your opponents are controlled by AI, so those looking for a multiplayer experience should avoid this game.
